Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a small food processor, coarsely chop the artichoke hearts and shallots.
- Combine chopped artichokes, yogurt, mayonnaise, Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Place mixture in an oven-proof dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Lightly spray bread crumbs with olive oil and bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until hot and cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
