  • 0.125 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, mash the hard-boiled eggs and avocado together with a fork until mostly combined, leaving some chunks for texture.
  2. Stir in the chopped red onion, cilantro, lime juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Serve immediately on toast, crackers, lettuce wraps, or as a filling for sandwiches.
