Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas and whisk until combined.
  4. Gradually add milk to the mixture and stir well.
  5. Add bread cubes to the mixture and fold until evenly coated.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
