  • 4 medium over-ripe bananas
  • berries for topping (optional)
  • nuts for topping (optional)
  • chocolate syrup for topping (optional)
  • sprinkles for topping (optional)

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Peel bananas and place whole in the freezer until frozen.
  2. When the bananas are frozen, place them through a Yonanas machine. Serve right away for a soft serve consistency with your favorite topping.
  3. If using a food processor, slice the bananas before freezing, then process in a food processor fitted with an "S" blade until smooth. Serve right away for a soft serve consistency.

Notes

For best results, make sure your bananas are very ripe before freezing. If using a food processor or blender, slicing the bananas into smaller pieces before freezing will help them process more easily.
