  • 1.5 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 3 cups Cream
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted Butter

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to form crust. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix.
  3. Add cream gradually, beating continuously until mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour filling into crust and bake for 60 minutes, or until center is almost set.
  5. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Top with fresh strawberries if desired.
