  • 2 packages cream cheese (8oz each, softened)
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding (3.4oz)
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 can cherry pie filling (540ml)

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of an 8x8 inch square baking pan.
  2. Prepare vanilla pudding according to the instructions on the box.
  3. Combine prepared pudding with powdered sugar and cream cheese. Mix together with an electric mixer on low until well combined. Spread on top of the graham cracker crust.
  4. Spread cherry pie filling on top of the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
