- In a microwave-safe dish, melt the vanilla bark for one minute. Stir, then heat for an additional 30 seconds until smooth. Mix in the cherry gelatin mix.
- In a large bowl, combine the cereal with the melted chocolate mixture. Stir until fully coated.
- Pour the coated cereal into a large gallon-sized container with powdered sugar. Shake until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add sprinkles on top if desired. Let set until firm.
