- Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the onion and cook until translucent. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour. Add salt and pepper. Gradually add chicken broth and milk, stirring until smooth. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Add cooked noodles, peas and carrots, cooked chicken, and rosemary. Continue cooking until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
