Preparation Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
- In a large dish or bowl, whisk together flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken pieces with mixture and add to hot oil; cook until browned.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add sliced onions and carrots to the skillet and cook until soft.
- Stir in parsley and thyme; cook for 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Mix in chopped tomatoes.
- Pour in wine and chicken broth; bring to boil.
- Return chicken to the pan, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles, topped with sour cream and garnished with parsley.
