  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
  • 1.5 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pack refrigerated crescent roll dough sheets
  • 0.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a 9-inch pie dish or baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut into 8 squares. Press each square into the bottom and up the sides of the dish to form a crust.
  4. Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared crust. Top with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

You can add herbs like thyme or parsley for extra flavor.
