  • 3 medium zucchini sliced into rounds
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add chicken pieces and zucchini slices into the mixture. Toss until well coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
