  • 1 cup salsa verde
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 small red onion sliced

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until crispy.
  2. In a large skillet, heat chicken broth and salsa verde. Add baked tortilla chips and toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chips and let melt. In a separate pan, fry eggs sunny side up.
  4. Serve chilaquiles topped with fried eggs, sour cream, cilantro, and sliced red onion.

Notes

This dish is best enjoyed fresh and crispy. Feel free to add avocado or hot sauce for extra flavor.
