  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract, then mix until smooth.
  3. Gradually add flour to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
  4. Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Scoop out small portions of dough, then roll them into balls. Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat thoroughly.
  7. Place coated dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
  8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cookies have cracks and are set around the edges.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on a wire rack before serving.

Store in an airtight container for up to a week. These cookies are perfect with a glass of milk or coffee.
