  1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, and cocoa powder. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a glass storage container and refrigerate overnight.
  5. In the morning, stir the oats. Add extra milk if you'd like a creamier texture.
  6. Serve topped with a spoonful of peanut butter and enjoy!
