- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread the bacon on a baking sheet and bake for 16-18 minutes until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

- Once potatoes are crispy, sprinkle with shredded cheese and chopped bacon, then bake for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
