Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, evaporated milk, Bisquick, sugar, light brown sugar, softened butter, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves until well combined.
- Pour the filling mixture into the prepared pie dish.
- Bake for 35 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly, then serve topped with whipped cream or whipped topping.
