Main Ingredients
  • 8 red potatoes (unpeeled, cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs (roughly chopped)
  • 3 ribs celery (chopped)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1.5 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and cool.
  2. Add potatoes to a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients until combined. Chill until time to serve.
