  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 15.25 oz vanilla cake mix
  • 3 oz Fireball whiskey
  • 16 oz vanilla (white) almond bark candy coating
  • Ground cinnamon (for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Heat the cake mix in a microwave-safe bowl for 2-3 intervals of 30 seconds each, stirring after each, until it reaches 165°F. Cool completely.
  2. Line baking sheets with parchment or silicone mats.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and ground cinnamon until fluffy.
  4. Add cake mix and whiskey to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until combined.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours.
  6. Using a 1-inch scoop, roll the chilled mixture into balls and place on prepared sheets.
  7. Melt the vanilla almond bark according to package instructions.
  8. Dip each ball into melted bark with a fork, tap off excess, and place on sheets.
  9. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
