- Pour buttermilk over chicken thighs and marinate for 30 minutes.
- In a shallow bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat thoroughly with the flour mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet to 350°F. Fry chicken pieces until golden brown, about 10 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispy chicken, double coat the pieces before frying.
