  • pinch kosher salt
  • to taste black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 tbsp red onion (minced)
  • 1 cup English cucumber (diced)
  • 1 cup Roma tomato (diced)
  • 0.25 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.25 cup Kalamata olives (sliced)

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. In a glass dish, layer the hummus, yogurt mixture, red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, feta, and olives.
  3. Serve with pita chips or baked pita bread.
