  • 2 tablespoons dark honey
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ice cream optional for topping

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, combine the honey, olive oil, lime juice, and cinnamon and whisk to blend. Set aside.
  2. Heat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. When hot, lightly coat the grates with oil spray.
  4. Lightly brush the pineapple with the marinade.
  5. Grill turning once and basting once or twice with the remaining marinade, until tender and golden, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve warm.
