Ingredients

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Pops
  • 2 cups frozen banana (sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons salted peanuts
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Pops
  • 1 cup spinach (packed)
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 0.5 cup frozen banana (sliced)
  • 0.5 tablespoon flax seed meal
  • 0.5 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Strawberry Banana Smoothie Pops
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen banana (sliced)
  • 0.25 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Add all the ingredients for one smoothie flavor into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth. Give it a taste and add more almond milk if it is too thick to pour.
  3. Carefully pour the mixture into individual plastic freeze-pop sleeves. Only fill to the line. Then, remove as much air as possible and seal. Option to use a popsicle mold instead.
  4. Transfer them to a plate or a baking sheet and freeze them for at least 8 hours or until frozen.

Notes

We're using both unsweetened almond milk and nonfat Greek yogurt in our smoothie pops to amp up that creaminess factor.
