- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add milk and bring to a gentle simmer. Sprinkle in flour and whisk continuously for 1-2 minutes until mixture thickens.
- Gradually pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Add salt, pepper, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Add shredded gouda and cheddar cheeses to the sauce, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Mix the cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
