  • 20 pieces Rhodes dinner rolls, frozen
  • 1 package COOK & SERVE butterscotch dry pudding mix
  • 0.75 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • optional chopped nuts

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Spray a 10-inch bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle chopped nuts, if using, into the pan.
  3. Add the frozen rolls into the prepared pan.
  4. Sprinkle the dry pudding mix evenly over the rolls.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon. Pour over the rolls evenly.
  6. Allow the rolls to sit uncovered at room temperature overnight or until ready to bake.
  7. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake for 25-30 minutes, covering loosely with foil if browning too quickly.
  8. Invert the bread onto a serving plate and serve warm.

Notes

This monkey bread is best enjoyed fresh out of the oven with a cup of coffee or tea.
