Preparation Steps
- Put butter, sugar, eggs & cocoa in saucepan. Stir until butter melts.
- Add rest of ingredients except chocolate chips.
- Pour into lightly greased 8″ square pan. Frost with melted chocolate chips.
- Cool and cut into squares. Freezes well!
