  • 1 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 0.5 cups Cocoa Powder
  • 0.75 cups Hazelnut Oil
  • 0.5 cups Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Hazelnuts, toasted and skins removed

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Combine toasted hazelnuts in a food processor and blend until finely ground.
  2. Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and hazelnut oil. Blend until smooth.
  3. Adjust sweetness or consistency with additional oil or sugar if needed.
  4. Transfer to a jar and let sit for at least 2 hours before using.

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
