Preparation Steps
  1. Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the crushed Oreos and toffee bits into the whipped cream.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

This cake is best served chilled and can be decorated with additional chocolate or crushed nuts.
