- Cream together butter, peanut butter, and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla, egg, and milk. Add dry pudding mix and baking soda, then gradually mix in flour. Fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles.
- Scoop 2-tablespoon dough balls onto prepared baking sheets. Flatten slightly and decorate with chocolate chips or sprinkles if desired.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden. While still warm, press candy eyes into the cookies. Cool completely before storage.
