- Marinate the chicken with salt and set aside. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add water, peanut butter, Sriracha, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the peanut butter.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, simmer until cooked through and sauce thickens, about 20 minutes.
