  • 0.75 cup salted butter
  • 20 ounces mini marshmallows
  • 14 cups unflavored popcorn bagged, pre-popped, kernels removed
  • 2 cups plain M&M’s

Preparation Steps
  1. Lightly spray a 10 cup Bundt cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Add the butter and mini marshmallows to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, add the popped popcorn.
  4. Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and stir with a wooden spoon until coated.
  5. Sprinkle in the M&M’s gently to avoid smudging the colors.
  6. Scoop the coated popcorn into the prepared Bundt pan, pressing down gently.
  7. Allow to rest at room temperature for 2 hours until firm.
  8. Turn onto a serving plate and cut into 12 slices.
