Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a food processor, pulse oats for about ten seconds until mostly smooth.
- Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to the processor and pulse until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips if desired.
- Transfer mixture to a greased muffin tin and bake for 15 minutes until golden. Best enjoyed warm, but good the next day too.
