  • 1 item red apple cored and chopped
  • 1 item green apple cored and chopped
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries hulled and quartered
  • 1 item small pineapple outer skin and core removed, cut into pieces
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups red grapes halved
  • 4 item kiwi fruit peeled and chopped
  • 3 item oranges peeled and segmented
  • 2 item firm ripe bananas peeled and chopped
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tsp lime zest

Preparation Steps
  1. Place all of the prepared fruit in a large bowl and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl or blender, combine honey, lemon juice, orange juice, and lime zest until well mixed. Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently stir to coat evenly.
