Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, whisk together the butter and sugar vigorously until the ingredients are smooth and creamy.
- Whisk in the eggs, vanilla, and milk until the ingredients are homogenous.
- Add the baking powder, ground cinnamon, and flour to the wet ingredients and whisk the mixture together until no clumps of dry ingredients remain in the batter.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill each liner up with cupcake batter.
- Bake the cupcakes for 19 minutes. After baking, top each cupcake with a large marshmallow and broil the cupcakes on high for 1 minute, or until the marshmallows are golden brown. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
- Remove the cupcakes from the oven and top each one with a piece of Hershey's chocolate.

Notes
For an extra graham cracker crunch, consider adding a thin graham cracker crust to the bottom of each liner before adding batter. Simply combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar, press into the liners, bake for 5 minutes, then cool and proceed with the recipe.
