Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1.75 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 0.75 cup natural unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2.25 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.33 cup peanut butter
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Chopped Snickers
  • 1 dash Caramel sauce
  • 1 dash Chocolate sauce

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F, prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix well.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Slowly incorporate hot water and mix on low until well combined.
  4. Pour batter into prepared baking dish and bake for 32 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Poke holes all over the cake using the end of a spatula or straw. Mix condensed milk and caramel sauce, then pour over hot cake, allowing the mixture to absorb into holes. Cool completely.
  6. Make whipped cream: whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  7. Spread whipped cream evenly over cooled cake. Top with chopped Snickers bars and drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces. Refrigerate before serving.
