- Pour in chicken broth, add farfalle pasta, tomatoes with chiles, and heavy cream. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Uncover and cook for an additional 5 minutes to thicken sauce.
- Garnish with sliced green onion before serving.
