  • 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.75 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 egg white egg white
  • optional toppings: everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried garlic flakes, dried onion flakes

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Place parchment paper or a silpat on a baking sheet.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add Greek yogurt and mix with a fork until crumbly.
  4. Knead dough lightly on a floured surface until tacky but not sticky.
  5. Divide dough into 8 balls. Flatten each, add a piece of cream cheese, then mold into a ball.
  6. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with toppings if desired.
  7. Bake on the top rack for 25 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
