Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and prick them a few times with a fork.
  2. Rub the sweet potatoes with olive oil and season with cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.
