Preparation Steps
- Heat olive oil in a 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned on the bottom about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook until the internal temperature reaches 160°F, about 3 minutes longer.
- While chicken is cooking, whisk together soy sauce, water, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch in a small bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and toss to coat. Cook for an additional 30-60 seconds until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
