  • 0.75 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation Steps
  1. Use a stand mixer. Beat egg whites and salt on high speed until foamy.
  2. Slowly add sugar while mixer is running. Beat until soft peaks form.
  3. Bring corn syrup to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat once boiling.
  4. Pour hot corn syrup into egg whites gradually while beating on high. Beat until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes. Add vanilla and mix.
  5. Use immediately for best results.
